Submittable Questions and Answers

As announced in our message on May 1st, 2023, MRAC has changed our grant software. We are now using Submittable for all grant-related activities including grant application submissions, project change requests, and submitting final reports. If you received a grant from MRAC in FY23 (July 2022-June 2023), you should have received a message from Submittable between May – August 2023 that gave you access to your application and the grant software. We encourage you to check your spam folder if you don’t believe you received that message.

We have received numerous questions about Submittable, so we wanted to send out a quick list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to serve as a resource as we continue to navigate this change to Submittable.

FAQ’s

How can I login to Submittable?

You can login to Submittable at: https://manager.submittable.com/login

What is my login information?

Many of you had already created a Submittable account before May 2023 for another funder. Please use that information to login to Submittable.

If you didn’t have an account before May 2023, one was created for you. You should have received an e-mail from Submittable to finish setting up your account. Please check your spam folder.

How can I change my password if I forgot it?

Please use the Submittable Help Article to help change your password.

How can I submit a project change?

You will do this by signing into Submittable and completing the Project Change Form. You can find this by clicking on the title of your FY23 MRAC Grant (it will look similar to AIG23-1-111). From there, click on the Forms tab, and navigate down to the Request Forms. Please click on Edit to fill out and submit a Project Change form. For more information on this, you can read Submittable’s Request Form Help Article.

You can also connect directly with your Program Director by using the message function on Submittable.

How can I submit a final report?

This is similar to submitting a Project Change. Start by singing into Submittable and clicking on the title of your FY23 MRAC Grant (it will look similar to AIG23-1-111). From there, click on the Forms tab, and navigate down to the Additional Forms. Please click on open to fill out and submit the Final Report form. I have more questions, what should I do?

Submittable has an extensive library of help articles. We recommend starting there, or reaching out directly to their technical support.
