Masami (she/her/hers) works on the Arts Impact for Individuals grant and Round 2 of Flexible Support, but also supports all of the current grant programs. In past years she was responsible for Equity Response and all Hennepin county-based applicants to the Arts Learning and Arts Project Support grant programs and can still assist with project changes and final reports in these programs. She advises groups on the MRAC grant guidelines, eligibility, and decision-making processes and offers grant workshops to both applicants and grant review panelists, along with providing review of grant proposals in advance of the deadlines. Masami encourages you to get in touch if you have any questions about funding opportunities for your arts programming.
Masami serves on the Cowles Center's Programs and Education Committee as well as the Cowles Council's Executive Committee as its Secretary, and is the events coordinator at Bogart’s Doughnut Company. She and her husband live in South Minneapolis and enjoy bicycling, cooking, and attending arts events in the Twin Cities.
