Project Changes

MRAC recognizes that sometimes funded projects need to be modified. This might include updating activity dates or the project’s end date, changing venues, or changing staff, to name a few examples.

Please submit a project change request before changing the project, as not all project changes can be approved. All project changes must be approved by a program staff member prior to your final report submission. You will receive an email via Submittable notifying you that your project change has been approved.

How to Submit a Project Change Request

To submit a project change, head to Submittable and view your MRAC grant activity by clicking on the 4-digit submission number. Under the “Forms” tab, scroll down to “Request Forms” and click the blue “Open” button next to the Project Change Form.
