In this course, you’ll learn about user-friendly website organization and design and how to maximize your online presence. Whether you need a new website or you aren’t getting good results from your existing site, you’ll get information that will help you think about how to best meet the needs of your users and attract new ones. At the end of the class, we’ll also go over the basics of DIY website building by looking at some popular web hosting services like WordPress.
Presented by Anika Fajardo. Anika is a writer, editor, and teacher. A former librarian, she was the web developer for the St. Catherine University Library, where she rebuilt the site from the bottom up. She has also built and worked on websites for nonprofits, small businesses, and creatives.
