Understanding Data Maturity

Thursday, June 14, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 11:30 am

No cost to participate

Having and using current valid information about your constituents is essential to thriving nonprofits. The first step is understanding where you are on the spectrum of data maturity-from collecting or tracking no data to relying on a sophisticated CRM system.

This workshop will help you understand where you are on the continuum of data maturity and how to move forward on the data maturity spectrum, including appropriate tools and tactics and what to expect based on your starting position.

Presented by Karen Graham of Idealware. Karen is a sought-after speaker, trainer, writer, and consultant with expertise in technology leadership and innovation, nonprofit software, and digital strategy. As Idealware’s Executive Director she leads a team of researchers, presenters, and writers who create technology information resources designed to help nonprofit leaders put their vision into action. Her past experience includes leading the technology consulting services and nonprofit technology learning and networking programs at MAP for Nonprofits, helping to build the nonprofit CRM/database solution provider thedatabank from a startup to a thriving software company, and various roles in arts and human services organizations. She holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from the University of St. Thomas.
