REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFQ): Playwrights’ Center’s New Home

No cost to participatePlaywrights’ Center (PWC) is looking to commission an artist or artist team who live, work, or have an ongoing residency in Minnesota to create permanent public art for PWC’s new home at 710 Raymond Avenue St. Paul, MN 55114. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will consist of a two-part process. Part one will be an initial application to this RFQ due on February 10th by midnight central time. A number of finalists selected from the RFQ submittals will receive a $1000 stipend to prepare a full proposal for the second part of the process. Artists/artist teams are not required to have previously completed a public art project but must have successfully completed at least one exterior art piece. Design installation is to take place in Spring 2024.
