As the nonprofit sector works to cope with and move beyond this current crisis, we recognize how hard it is to create and deliver impact. Community needs are changing constantly and rapidly. It is difficult to be proactive. In response, Creation In Common has crafted the Adaptive Strategy Map, a simple tool to help organizations plan, test, and deploy new ways to advance impact in an ever-changing environment. We believe this tool will help organizations respond to the unique needs of their community quickly and effectively.
