Lunch & Learn: Raising Money on Facebook

Lunch & Learn is a series of four marketing sessions that are focused on exploring current marketing topics in a casual and conversational setting. You may sign up for one, two, or all of the sessions. Lunch is provided at no cost. All Lunch & Learn sessions from February through May 2019 are presented by Amy Danielson.
March 6 Topic:
Creating fundraisers on Facebook. Have you been curious about Facebook fundraisers and wondering if this is an option for your organization? Amy will walk you through how to use this platform to increase your support. Do note that only 501(c)3 nonprofits can raise money in this way, so if you are not part of a nonprofit, this session may not be right for you.
These free events are limited to just 15 people. Once that limit is reached a wait list will be opened. Cancellations must made at least 48 hours in advance or the individual will charged $25 for the cost of lunch and your space in the workshop.
Presented by Amy Danielson. Amy is a strong supporter of the arts, nonprofits, education, and social services organizations. It’s always been important to her to work with people and organizations that are doing work that aligns with her values- and MRAC sized groups fit this bill. Her background working with a wide range of organizations helps her understand how to create unique communications strategies to help you achieve your organizational goals. She’s worked with arts organizations, nonprofits, colleges, museums, and start-ups in the Twin Cities, including some of the largest institutions in the state and the smallest, family-run and founder-led organizations.
