Continue exploring new ways to put your values into action by assessing a specific area of your work through an equity lens. In this 2-hr workshop, we will discuss three key mechanisms for equity, and apply them to a real-world challenge you are working on right now. Come with a specific area of your work in mind to address— it could be an external program or an internal process—and leave with new understanding of what actions you might take to make it more equitable.

Presented by Julie Bates MacGillis of Julie Bates MacGillis Consulting. Julie is a biracial consultant respected for her design and facilitation of powerful programs and initiatives that advance equity and inclusion through values-based design. Mission-driven and community oriented, Julie has placed racial equity and community engagement at the center of her work for 15 years.
