Creating More Equitable Programs and Practices: Sharing Power, Access & Resources
Tuesday, October 22 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pmNo cost to participate
Continue to develop new ways to put your values into action by assessing a specific area of your work through an equity lens. In this workshop, we will discuss three key mechanisms for equity, and apply them to a real-world challenge you are working on right now. Come with a specific area of your work in mind to address— it could be an external program or an internal process—and leave with new understanding of what actions you might take to make it more equitable. Pre-requisite: Workshop #1: What do we DO differently to become more equitable and inclusive? (Workshop #2 recommended but not required)
