Capacity Building is any action that will improve the effectiveness of your arts organization including: financial stability, program quality and smart growth. This workshop will address issues of staff and board professional development, developing sources of funding and earned income, collaborations across sectors, and creating effective organizational plans (development, strategic, financial, social media…). Board members and staff thought leaders are encouraged to attend and to bring questions and real-time examples. Specific agenda will be co-created by attendees and facilitator to ensure the best use of your time investment.
