Come and explore tactical ways boards and leadership can explore equity work, from organizational culture to decision making. This workshop is the first of four in a series presented by Imagine Deliver with the goal of increasing equity and inclusion in small arts organizations. In this session you will learn about diversity, equity, and inclusion as it influences staff and board roles.
Imagine Deliver uses interactive and informative presentations and interactive activities aimed at moving organizations beyond the beginning stages of exploring diversity and inclusion and amplify growing equity and inclusion efforts. You will leave this workshop able to identify specific practices your organization can implement now to increase actions for equity and have a greater understanding of decision making and shared power strategies for leadership.
Presented by Lynnea Atlas-Ingebretson of Imagine Deliver.
