Achieving Goals with Tiny Habits

Are you stuck without a plan to achieve your goals? Need to determine steps to making your vision a reality? Get ready to break your big dreams into tiny steps that allow you to make real progress. Dream Lab’s CEO (Chief Experience Officer) Cherie Anderson will take you through an industry-leading habit formation technique called Tiny Habits from Stanford University’s Dr. BJ Fogg. During the session, she’ll share strategies for:
- Getting clear on/ inspired by your big dream
- Turning that dream into a doable action plan
- Making that plan happen by taking tiny but real steps
This session will be fun, interactive, and filled with cool tools you can implement immediately.
Presented by Cherie Anderson. Cherie has spent over twenty years as a leader in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She was the co-artistic director of Dream Lab: A Theatre by and for Youth. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving 300% growth in ticket sales and budget. She has also held various learning & development and leadership positions in for-profit organizations like American Express, Ameriprise Financial, Cray, SuperComputing as well as a few start-ups. She drives employee engagement and bottom-line productivity through a treasure chest of learning tools she’s collected during her adventures in the arts, organization development and learning development. Now she’s also the CEO (Chief Experience Officer) at Dream Lab II; an organization that helps artists and entrepreneurs get clear, confident and cracking on their dreams.
