The Minneapolis Art Lending Library (MALL), a non-profit organization, provides exposure for artists, builds ongoing support of the arts, and shares the joy of art with all members of our community through the free lending of artwork. All residents of the Twin Cities can visit MALL during its library hours to borrow original works of art from the MALL collection for a three month period, free of charge. The collection features a changing selection of over 100 contemporary artworks, with a focus on work from Twin Cities artists and includes paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, ceramics, sculptures, and more.
Selections from MALL, in the MRAC Conference Room, features pieces from the MALL collection. This exhibition is on view through May 2018. Visitors may come between 9:00 and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; calling or emailing in advance is recommended to assure that the space is available.
