Connect with your stake holders! With an emphasis on art centers, art councils, community education, and parks and recreation managers, Dr. Mo Fahnestock will take you through a process to identify key stakeholders, prepare stakeholder assessments, and then turn those assessments into actionable steps. Learn about the life cycles of programs; Think about important questions to ask of your audience and who to involve in asking them; Create a plan to develop your organization from the bottom up. Lunch is included.
